I understand how overwhelming it can feel to constantly prioritize others’ needs at the expense of your own well-being. My goal is to support you in breaking free from these patterns and creating a life that feels authentic, balanced, and empowering. I work with adolescents (ages 10–17) and adults, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each age group and family dynamic.
My primary areas of focus are anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, and depression. I use various evidence-based approaches, including Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), adjusting interventions to best fit each client's goals and needs.
One of my passions is helping individuals set healthy boundaries in their personal and professional lives. We’ll work together to understand your needs and communicate them effectively. Whether it’s learning to say “no” without guilt or redefining relationships that no longer serve you, I aim to empower you to make choices that support your emotional health.
